We currently ship within the United States only. All shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Orders are processed through our international fulfillment and logistics partners and shipped using trusted carriers. Shipping availability, processing times, and delivery estimates may vary slightly depending on destination, carrier performance, and order volume.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time refers to the time required to review, prepare, pack, and hand your order over to the shipping carrier. Delivery time begins once the package has been dispatched.

Restricted or inaccessible areas where delivery service is unavailable If we are unable to ship to the address provided, we will contact you using the information submitted at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at: support@homixa.us

Please include your order number and, where applicable, any relevant photos of the damaged package or item. We will assist in reviewing the issue with the carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details submitted by the customer.
